Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken thighs, cut into pieces
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and 1 tbsp garam masala.
- In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add ginger and garlic paste, sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add tomato sauce, remaining spices, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve hot with cauliflower rice.
