Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken thighs, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and 1 tbsp garam masala.
  2. In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add ginger and garlic paste, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  5. Add tomato sauce, remaining spices, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  7. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  8. Serve hot with cauliflower rice.
